It’s Black Friday. I’m trying to buy shoes on Nike Canada that had a giant promotion of a promo code on the front page of the men’s section. I make my selection, type in the promo code, and long and behold, it doesn’t work.
So i decided to contact customer service live chat to help them help me. Here is what happened:
Renz: Thanks for contacting Nike! My name is Renz, how can I help you.
Ed: Hi Renz, on the canada website it mentioned a promo code "SHINE2020"
Ed: I tried it and it doesn't work
