Onto the Next Adventure

It's fascinating who you meet on the road. Recently I met a very nice man in Ventura, California who called the comedy lifestyle "an adventure". The day after I met a lady in Austin who told me her entire life story as a school board administrator.  Then on the way home, a young man whom after I told him I was a comedian, said to me with a forced smile: "Well, everyone's got to have a dream".
